Where Does DeSa Asian Products Ship?

DeSa Asian Products orders ship nationwide within the Ireland.

Please note: Shipping to AnPost, and DPD addresses is temporarily paused due to ongoing shipping difficulties. We appreciate your understanding and will share any updates as soon as service becomes available again.

How long does shipping take?

Market orders ship from our Dublin warehouse within 2 business days and are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days after shipment.

Please note: Our warehouse is closed on major holidays and orders placed during those times may not ship out until the following business day.

How are my items packed?

We do our best to pack your boxes with love, making sure that your items arrive unharmed and in excellent condition. Your order will be packed and shipped in a corrugated cardboard box, sealed with industrial shipping tape with the DeSa Asian Products logo.

Heavy items, like rice and beverages, will be packed at the bottom of the box and wrapped in bubble-wrap. The size of the box itself will depend on the size of your order. We currently use 15 different box sizes to make sure your order is packed just right!

If you run into any issues with the condition of your shipment, we ask that you please follow the link below to submit a photo of the damages. From there, our team will confirm the damages, and help with a free replacement order or store credit if eligible.

How are shipping rates calculated?

DeSa Asian products Website Orders:

We offer free shipping for all orders over €150.
Orders under €150 ship for a €15 flat rate.

When will my order ship?

Market orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 2 business days.
